Scott Michael is the Legal Services Coordination Manager for the Washington Employment Security Department (ESD). Scott joined ESD in 2011 where he was tasked with managing unemployment tax appeals. In 2018, Scott’s duties expanded to include agency rulemaking regarding unemployment insurance, as well as providing technical assistance to the Legislature.
